• Roster inbox. Every artist's inquiries flow into the same shop-level inbox. Reassign, sort, or hand off without losing context. Each artist still gets their own per-chair view; the shop owner sees the whole roster.
• Walk-in queue. Drop a walk-in into the shop-level queue. Coil assigns to the next available chair or to the artist whose style fits, tracks the wait, and flips to in-session when the chair starts the clock.
